The Church of Scotland is one of 40 Christian denominations which sponsor the work of Christian Aid. This work takes place wherever the need is greatest, irrespective of religion and supports almost 600 local community organizations in over 50 countries. Its purpose is to expose the scandal of poverty and distress wherever it may be found and to actively contribute to its eradication.

Within the Parish of Cawdor we actively and enthusiastically promote Christian Aid Week with door to door collections and a Christian Aid Lunch after the Sunday Service to further boost donations!

Latest News:

The final total raised during Christian Aid Week 2004, that is between 9-15 May, was £1164-63. This is an increase of more than £200 over last year! We are thrilled! A big thank you to all our collectors and fundraisers and to all of you who contributed so generously.
