Our happy and enthusiastic Friendship Group welcomes everybody and meets in the Mound, our Church Hall, on the second Wednesday of each month at 2pm from October to May.

Our purpose is to provide friendship, support and enjoy time together in a relaxed and informal atmosphere over tea and cakes. We are noisy and laugh a lot.

We open our meetings with a prayer and usually have a guest speaker. This is the highlight of our meetings and we aim to introduce a wide variety of topics to interest everybody.

Another important aspect of our Group is that we raise money to give to local charities of our choice.
